Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We ordered almost 4,000 in appliances from our local PCB Lowe’s. They have been paid for for two weeks, almost three.

We were told everything was in stock. Well, three weeks later nothing has arrivied. They told me they would make an emergency delivery today. It’s after 2pm and nothing yet.

When you call the store you never get anyone on the phone. If you do get to talk to someone you get four stories and nothings true. I will never ever no business with Lowe’s ever again.

Please take my advice and shop local. I will never buy from a big box store again.
