Bought new Whirlpool W/D. Day it was delivered the washing machine was broke.
Called an appliance manager said he would swap for new and deliver within 2 days. Received email that it would not be delivered till a week later. Call back and after alot of aggravation was told they couldn't change date but they could get one brought to store from another and then they could refund to my card which takes 5-7 days then buy the other they got from another store. Now I could go online and purchase another one and it would be delivered in 2 days.
Please tell me why a customer who just bought a new washer that is broke has to wait a week for a new one but a new customer order online gets it in 2 days. So guess who gets all their appliances back and all the renovations on the other house whom we just spent around $4500 to do floors and was going to do bathroom shower, vanity, kitchen appliances and cabinets as well as paints will no longer be done with Lowes!
