Hello, I have to say that today was a horrible example of how you treat a new customer. I have been a HomeDepot customer all my life and have used Lowes here and there but not very often.
Today I was in the market for an AC for my son and needed a bigger unit as the one I bought him did not do the job. I was looking online and found one in my local area. I even used your chat function prior to ordering and they said yes that it was in stock. I placed the order, opened a new card with you with a $9k limit and thought everything was going smoothly until I got a call that the unit was not available and would not be until the 27th.
After searching all the local stores I tried to call your customer service number and waited over 35 minutes before giving up. I tried the chat at the same time and was not successful in resolving my issue. I have since called and cancelled my card as this has been horrible. I will also not shop in your stores again as this has left a bad taste in my mouth and my son now without an AC.
I have placed an order on HomeDepot.com and will receive it on July 23rd with free shipping to my house. Like I said, horrible customer service all the way around and if I managed my call center the way you do I would be looking for work.
