I have called lowes several times about my refrigerator ice maker not working properly and I have done everything they ask me to try to solve the problem the ice maker does not make ice and has never made ice and they wont fix it and im am tired of there corporate office playing games with me they put you on hold on the phone and never return I am pissed and will never shop there again I need my fridge fixed and I don't know where else to turn Lowes sales people are great but there customer service is awful

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Whereas it's still in the first year, you're better to contact an authorized warranty service center. Outside of the first year, but under an extended warranty agreement, you'd want to contact Lowes.
