Lowes in Fondulac, Illinois - I sent my rebate in April 11 info says it was received May8 and mailed May 28. It is now July 22 and I still have not received my rebate.

I paid in full 5593.00 you should have a better rebate method. I get my rebates from Menards in 2 to3 wks I have been waiting 3 and a half months for this one.

An in formed consumer will do the wise thing and read the terms of the warranty before they make the purchase. Some salespeople will tell you anything to make a sale and there are the cases of where the salesperson doesn't fully understand the warranty or the questions they are being asked. Yes, it will take a few minutes to read over the warranty before you make the purchase but you will know what is and isn't covered before you need the warranty.

I bought a dishwasher and they came on scheduled day to install but they never screwed my dishwasher and when I am trying to reach them no one is responding properly. I would not recommend lowes installation to anyone.

You have a rather odd complaint. I really doubt that most people would want to use a dishwasher that somebody had screwed. Seems like something someone could get arrested for.

First of all, you didn't have an account with Lowes but an independent credit company. It's obvious that you didn't take time to read the credit agreement you signed when you opened the account.

If you had, you would be aware that it said that they will check your credit rating from time to time and adjust your limits as your credit changes. If your credit score goes up, they would,ld increase your limits. If your score goes down, so does your limit.

You obviously opened too many accounts and spent too much for them to be comfortable with. Blame yourself for taking on so much debt.

Did you ever think that there might be user error if 2 mowers don't run right? Did you put oil in them?

Are you using fresh fuel rather than gas that has been sitting around for a long time? Are you using the choke properly?

Lowes - Tile installation estimate
Bought tile from Lowes. Got an estimate for installation and removal of old tile/carpet. They wanted almost $11,000 for a 915 square foot install!!! That did NOT include the cost of the tile for which we had already shelled out $3800. Once I received the estimate which only showed a total amount, I requested a detail of the charges and found I was being charged roughly double the amount they had stated for installation. In addition to finding hidden costs, it appeared they were padding the costs of installation and removal, if not out and out double charging for it! Needless to say, I decided not to use Lowes for my tile job.
