I visited Lowe's today 6/29/16 in Mccomb Ms.I just don't understand how your business has over 40 to 50 workers on dayshift working and every worker you have is lazy and just walks around doing Nothing!!!! My husband and I asked 3 different workers for assistance and none of them were helpful at all!!! U asked them where something is and the response is either I don't know or check aisle 9,10,or 11.Really??? Why can't they be helpful enough to walk the customer to the item you are looking for.Alot of the workers brag about making 12 to 15/hr and just ride t g e clock.this is ashame!!!!!! On another visit several months back ,I purchased a toilet for lowes.I am a young lady, the worker in that section knew that I was purchasing it but still didn't help to load on my buggy or help me transfer to my truck!!! Easily my back could have been broken...They need to be more helpful to customers instead of doing wasted labor.

I am a card holder at lowes on 6920 state ave in Wyandotte, kS and I have had some good employees helping me when you finally fine help after walking around looking for somebody. And some are very rude employees. They'll tell you they're about to take there break. And the cashiers can be so rude. The young girl in returns and I had a yelling match at each other. She was still there the last time I was there. Do they know there are people who want a job. If they don't like there job they need to leave. who's over this store. They need a manager who's not going to take employees being rude. Something bad is going to happen at this store if they don't get it under control. I keep watching the news. I don't shop there any more. This store will go out of business, b/c people will stop coming. This is how we as customers in the Dot (Wyandotte) do businesses like these. We stop coming. We will shut them down. Just watch....

I had ordered something online at lowes.com and when I got to the store to pick it up, it was not what I had ordered and they said their was an error with the pricing online. I called the hotline and was treated very badly. I then spoke with the supervisor or lowes and he was even more rude!!! Said that lowes.com and th he actual store are different. Lowes will NOT have my business anymore!

Lowes in Chicago, Illinois - Front Screen Door

We bought a screen door from Lowe's. We installed it outselves,because the gentleman working in the door area we could not understand and didn't feel comfortable trying to book an installation with him. Well, the hinges completely broke off within a month of having the door, which in turn made the other pieces of the door break and now we have a half of a front door on the front of our house. We went back to Lowe's and talked to the store manager about it and he said well you can buy a new door or buy replacement parts. I handed him our receipt and said he could not do anything for us, because the store would lose money. SOOOO, we are out $300.00 for a front door. We have always been faithful to Lowe's but not anymore. This is completely unacceptable!
