I opened a lowes credit account and I never got a card. I called them back in October and they told me that my card would ship Dec 22.

Yes, two months after I called! I still haven't gotten my card!. I've tried to call them but it's impossible to speak to a human at lowes customer service or lowes consumer credit. The only time I got through to lowes consumer credit it sounded like the agent put me on mute and then hung up two min later.

Having been completely unable to speak to anyone at Lowes consumer credit I tried calling lowes customer service. Held for 15 min and never spoke to a human!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Lowes to improve their customer service and I want my credit card sent to me so I can use it..
