On April 8 2010 special ordered interior cherry wood doors to be completly stained, varnished and ready to be hung when delivered. Delivery was to be 2 to 3 weeks. The doors came in 5 weeks later "not finished" and "veneered" instead of solid cherry. Some of the doors are buckled where glued and glue is spread so won't take stain properly. The supplier of the doors are producing an inferior product.

We ordered "satin nickel" finish hinges, but they came with polished brass hinges.

The store representative knows nothing about the product and is not concerned and would not answer the phone when I called or return my phone calls. His name is Chris Bell.

The customer service also knows nothing and was no help and certainly did not provide any customer service.

I will not recommend Lowe's products to anyone and would discourage anyone from ordering anything from Lowe's.

We paid top dollar for these doors and received a bargain basement product.
