Please do not use Lowe's for your new flooring! 4 months later, and they have not done anything to resolve issues...Do not want them in house ever again. Thank the Lord for Citicard guarantee, however, getting money returned does not make up for damages to home and property! Carpet looks worse than 10+ yr old carpet removed! Seams all over and doesn't clean as salesperson represented. Hard spots underneath w/padding and they left closets non-functional, as they should be. Not to mention damaging furniture. Have professional report to back up everything, yet no help from Lowe's and their out-sourced installers!!! Knew I was in trouble when they showed up and the head guy looked like he had just left the bar.

Please correct dates of scheduled installation and last call from Lowe's to September 23, not September 24.

We ordered carpet tile at Lowe's of East Evansville (#630) on August 27, 2016. Delivery date was pushed back twice (three delivery dates). Installation was scheduled for September 24. When they didn't show up, I called installation only to be told that they didn't know which glue to use, the glue recommended by the manufacturer or Lowe's brand glue. This should have been resolved by telephone on August 27. Lowe's did not give me an update after September 24. Apparently, a telephone call and overnight delivery are not part of customer service. This is the last purchase that I will make at Lowe's.

Lowes in Brownsburg, Indiana - Credit PROMO

Same thing happened to me. I had been in several times picking carpet, blinds pad....asking questions got measurements. Then denied on spot have to wait on denial letter which I have not received. I am not happy with their customer service knowledge of how credit works. Asked about measurements not being close to what another company had given me. I am concerned about time frame of installation...after paying for my carpet. Did not like the way the front desk has no knowledge of financing and nobody there to answer questions. We bought carpeting from lowes with their installation. The carpeting had a one year warranty with it. The carpet got to the point where it looked like it was worn. Lowes came and took pictures and called the manufacturer . They suggested cleaning it professionally, which we did and it never helped. I went back to lowes and they promised to contact manufacturer. I still haven't heard anything and I've been back numerous times and the person that's taking care of it is never there and they'll have him call me. So now I do all my shopping at Menards and Home Depot.

Early May of this year my husband and I visited your store @4430 Illinois rd. Fort Wayne, IN 46804. We had been pricing carpet for our living room and stairs w/hall. We spoke to John McKnight(he was very nice and helpful). We found a carpet that we liked and John set up a visit for the installers to come out and measure those areas in our home. The gentleman that was sent to our home(who is contracted by Lowes) measured 528sqft. We were shocked and told him that we have had other contractors out and they measured 462sqft.(quite a difference). He assured us that his form of measurement(a laser) was much more accurate. we had no reason to not believe him. After instillation we are now left with a piece of carpet that measures 10ft by 7ft(almost enough for another room). We called the store on Illinois rd. and spoke to Jessica. They were not willing to refund the left over carpet. Not only do we have this big piece of carpet, but, we paid for the instillation of this piece along with padding. We would like to be refunded for the instillation charge, and would be happy to bring this left over carpet back for a refund of $1.54sqft. We also noted that the carpet we picked out in the store did not match the same thickness quality that was installed in our house. When we questioned this, a clerk @Illinois rd store even agreed that the sample we brought in did not compare with the piece in the store, and said she would send our sample out to make sure we got what we paid for. A representative from the carpet manufacturer explained to my husband that once the carpet is installed it is stretched and will appear thinner than the sample in the store. However, the piece we brought had not been installed so there should not have been a difference. We feel this has been an absolute nightmare and are filling a complaint with our local Better Business Bureau.
