What is it? "My Lowes", the credit card company (Stinkrany) or Customer Support?

Opened up my account online. Recent purchases showed 2016 purchases. Just purchased several items in April and May 2018 and did not show up in recent purchases.

Was transferred 3 times after which I hung up.

Printed out statements but some were missing. I have no idea what my recent purchase might be but will save all receipts. How can a store the size of Lowes possibly in good conscientious, have such an awful website?

Getting a 5% discount on purchases may not be worth it .

Might they be worst than Verizon? Very close and right up there with Sears. (AKA Tears as that's what happens every time I talk with their Customer Support)

If I understand correctly, your complaint is with the credit card. If so, you'll have to complain to Synchrony Bank. Lowe's does not own the bank and neither can they control what the bank does.
