My son bought a kerosene heater from lowes wick broke got another one same thing wick broke had a receipt they told him it was already returned had the receipt which said sale and cash and had the heater they wouldn't give him back his money called customer service they had manager call rude and *** in new castle pa store Shawn and Ryan from new castle pa store *** if you have a valid receipt how could they say it was returned idiots I hate the new castle pa store they need to revamp their managers customer service they are not
