I have been trying to get them to replace 2 faulty doors, but they refuse to do anything more. They won’t return my phone calls.

The doors were shown to them and the rep at the time of install last year and we are still fighting with them. I will never buy another cabinet from Lowe’s or Kraft Maid.

call Lowes corporate office the people at store level do not care 1 bit.

How old are the cabinets? You have to realize that the cabinets are made of wood, not plastic.

One of the properties of wood is that it will expand and contract with variations of temperature and humidity. Not all pieces will react the same.

This is why you will see movement in the joints and panels of cabinets doors as seasons change. This is not a defect but something that can naturally happen with wood.

Have you contacted Kraft Maid directly? Most manufacturers would replace a couple of doors like this on a new order. If you haven't contacted Kraft Maid directly google Kraft Maid customer service for their phone number.
