On 7/14 I had Lowe's setup an appointment for measurements to have a shower door installed. On 8/2 the subcontractor arrived, took measurements & left.
Today 8/4 Lowe's provided the quote based on measurements. I felt the quote was excessive & asked for measurements since I had been charged $35. Ken/clerk & Bill/Assist Mgr. told me no I couldn't have the measurements.
I asked why since I paid for them. Bill told me he would give me the money but not the measurements because that's their corporate policy.
If Lowe's is going to have policies of this natural POST THEM & WRITE them into the contract!!!! It's that simple.
