Online says they install attic ladders, but says you need to go to store. Store says they don't; but when told the online service says they do they say then they do.

It takes 7 employees to figure out how to do an install order. 30 minutes later we get to the cashier who says they didn't do it right and failed to push it through to finish it. 10 minutes later he comes back and shows us the paperwork. The names are misspelled and more importantly the address is wrong.

He apologizes and says he will have to start over from the beginning, because he can't just fix the misspellings. Unbelievable that no one there knew what they were doing including the managers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Customer service received, Lack of response, Customer service, Service.
