Ordered fencing and post. Delivery date set for Sunday, they called to say they didn't have the proper truck to deliver 8 boxed 4 by 6 panels.

Reschedule from Sunday to Thursday. No pre delivery call to give me a two hr window. I called and they said the fence didn't arrive until Wednesday. I'd get mine delivered around 1pm.

6:30 pm truck showed up but didn't bring the post. Everyone at Lowe's was very helpful and professional, I can only imagine what it takes to coordinate this stuff. But wow, i wasn't their first customer.

I won't be home tomorrow to wait all day so I'm going to the store to pick up the fence post with a SUV. Hoping they at least refund my delivery charge of $80.
