We decided to take the carpet out of our living room and hallway and replace it with the flooring. After a week or so of doing nothing, then saying that we hadn't paid for the purchase yet, which we had via the crdie card, we had to physically go back to the store and reaffirm that Yes, we had paid for it.

They assured us that the material would be on the truck and delivered Monday. However, the only thing we got on Monday was a small part of the order. So another trip back to the store. This time, they assured us that the material would be here Friday, between 8-Noon.

Then the night before, the delivery called and changed the time to 9:30-1:30 PM. It is now 3:30. We are still waiting, after having called the delivery company for an hour and a half and no answer, just muzak for 90 minutes. So, not a happy camper, as we have guests arriving this weekend.

So this is the complaint, THUS FAR! if THERE IS DAMAGE, WE'LL BE WRITTING AGAIN!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
