We ordered bamboo flooring that was supposed to be in on 5/7/15. We were told on 5/9/15 that the order "was on the truck for delivery to the store".

That wasn't true. Called on 5/10/15 asking if order arrived. Said it was on the truck that came in through the night. No.

That wasn't true either. Husband went to store and they said it was actually on the UPS truck that would be in by 2 p.m. today. Again, not true.

So we have a gutted bathroom that can't be completed and contractors on hold, no one that can tell us where our order is, and company coming Sunday with no usable guest bath.

They were certainly quick to take our money. Totally and completely unacceptable.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $2300.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
