Purchased a refrigerator on Nov.18th and was told it would arrive on Dec. 14th.

On Dec. 14th, I called to confirm the delivery, because no one called with a window. Was told it was back ordered again and I would have to wait until Mid. January.

Later that evening (Dec 14) I got a call from their delivery center telling me my order would be delivered on the 15th. So, I took the day off from work and waited for them to come, which never happened. I called the store and tried to speak with the store manager. He did not seem surprised.

His only solution was a loaner fridge until my fridge eventually came in. Another day off from work and another day of lost pay. Lowe's negligence has cost me lost wages and I am making payments on something that might.

It come in. Friends don't let friends buy from Lowe's!
