Should be no stars! Came in to pick up carpet that was ordered a month earlier.

Homeowner called to confirm order a few weeks later. Waited in store for an hour so they could bring me the wrong carpet. After 3 hrs at the store, they decided to deliver carpet to job. They brought 99 yds all in one roll.

Had to cut each individual room after they said they would cut it. And then to top it off they didn't bring carpet pad with delivery. Worst experience ever in a store. Employees were rude and unhelpful.

Now I have to go to job an extra day to finish.

They're employees were paid to cost me money. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know and people I don't know the miserable experience me and the homeowners had at Lowes.
