Our company sent a customer, 65 year old lady, to Lowe's, the Kingston, MA store, to purchase kitchen cabinets, flooring and bathroom fixtures, etc. She purchased a condo in which she is completely remodeling.

She was refused customer service at the kitchen department and told to schedule an appointment. When she returned three days later for her appointment, she was told her measurements were wrong and she had to come back. The measurements were exact! She has now purchased over $30,000.00 in materials elsewhere.

This is not the way any company should do business!!!

You need to clean house at the Kingston, MA store and hire new employees, starting with management, who did not care when we spoke to them about this incident. >: (

How can this review be about 1800 Pack Rat Moving Service when she went to Lowes?

That does not make sense to me.
