I submitted a rebate the day that I bought 3 appliances. When I checked the status, it says "non-compliance sent".
I have no idea what that means.... I would never buy so much as a screw from Lowes after the headache of buying appliances there. It has been nothing but a complete frustration.... They tried to deliver the refrigerator to the wrong address.
When I told them that they were at the wrong place they were extremely rude and told me that I had to re-schedule the delivery as if I had done something wrong. I paid for installation, but a month later I am still trying to get that done.
Product or Service Mentioned: Lowes Delivery Service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
