Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I placed an order for 3 patio chairs at a sale price. My order went through and got a confirmation email.

I checked on the status of my order later that day only to see that my order was canceled. The chairs are still in stock, but the price has gone up considerably. I have contacted Lowe's through Facebook and email. I can't get anybody to talk to me like an actual person.

Just a dumb form letter telling me the order was canceled due to "incorrect pricing". Most stores honor "incorrect pricing". Lowe's isn't even trying to make it right.

I'm very disappointed. They have lost a customer.
