If they just send me paperwork, I can fix the blinds myself. There are small silver pieces that fall out and must move because then they become crooked upon lifting.

Not resolved. One Bali cellular shade remains on back order.

Had to make additional calls 8/9. Original order was 6/9. I am supposed to get a call back from Lowe's on Monday 8/11 with status of shade.

Do not order Bali products! Recommend that Lowe's stop offering Bali...

Blinds are the least of your problems. If your sliding door is 3/4" out of square it isn't sealing properly. You should look into having your patio door removed and properly installed.

Lowes - Bought some blinds

I bought blinds from Lowe's four months ago. Initially, it took two months for the blinds to arrive, but the valance was missing. After talking to the store, Lowe's agreed to take the blinds back to have them recut so as to fit with the valance, but I am still waiting after two more months. This was a job that cost over $300 and my window is still bare. I'm kicking myself for doing this through a big box store. i wanted convenience and to get things done quickly...HA! All this time later and the joke is on me. Really, this is my fault but i've learned my lesson and will go to the mom and pop stores when I can from now on.

Took 2 weeks to get a measure appt. Blinds were left on my front porch with no notification and another 2 weeks to get the install appt. Guess what- parts missing so they still are not up after almost 2 months wait! DO NOT USE THEM.

Lowes in Newington, Connecticut - Worst installation service ever

We went to Lowe’s on July 3, 2018 to begin the process of having blinds installed in our new home. Since then the process has been a nightmare. There is absolutely NO communication between the installer and Lowe’s. After the installer measured, he said Lowe’s would have our measurements within an hour, but when we went the next day we were turned away beacause Lowe’s hadn’t received them. When we finally picked our blinds it took TWO HOURS in the store to have them ordered and sign a contract. Our blinds arrived in the mail two weeks later, yet it took another week to hear from installer, and a week after that to have them come out. When they finally arrived, half the blinds were the wrong size! It was *** to have them reordered (another month long process) and when the installer came out again there were pieces missing and one of the blinds was still too long!! We couldn’t believe the incompetence, inconvenience and lack of response from Lowe’s. We made multiple calls to the store manager and even corporate office with official complaints with promises to receive calls back, which never came. It is now mid-October ( a whole month after contract expired) and we still don’t gave all the blinds we paid for. We have not even received any kind of call with an apology or so much as a coupon for reimbursement. I paid Lowe’s in full in July and haven’t even been offered a discount!!! We urge anyone reading this to avoid Lowe’s installation services at all costs!! We definitely will never be using them again!!

Ordered 6/23 and today 9/11 they installed wrong blinds. Multiple visits and calls and no one able to help. $2,000 blinds and still having issues with order. No manager able to make this right. Very frustrating

Lowes - No accountability

Paid for my blinds to be measured, set appointment and it’s now an hour past appt time and no one called to confirm or indicate being late. Continuous calls to store and no one knows anything and no appointment book. Rep says she will leave message. I’ve called 3 times so far. I’m going elsewhere!

My goodness, an hour late. I hope the person coming to measure didn’t get into a car accident and is dead in a ditch somewhere.

I missed it...

When did society become so self-centered and impatient. It must be nice to live in a world where nothing ever goes wrong and everybody is always on time.

Do not use Lowe’s for any projects you may need. I went to Lowe’s because I was sent a coupon from them from the US Postal service because I recently moved. The coupon was an extra 10% off new shades and 9 shades installed for $99(see attached picture). I setup a survey which I paid $35 for to have someone come to measure. I go to the local store in Piscataway NJ a few days later and am told the person who does blinds is not in now that I should come back tomorrow. I come back tomorrow and the rep I see recommended he send someone out to the house again to take measurements for an “outside” mount installation because there are more choices. The 2nd surveyor comes a few days later and I go that night to the store and an associate helps me. My wife and I are there for almost 3 hours and then suddenly on the associate’s computer it comes up almost $900 for installation and he doesn’t know why it’s coming up. He calls a manager on the phone (who never came over) and gets no help or information. He’s grabbing associates from plumbing and flooring departments to help him and no one can figure it out. The store was closing at this point and he says I will get a call back the next morning which I never did. Two days later I call Lowe’s corporate and explain the situation to a manager there and again I’m promised a call back from “senior management” within 24 hours and no one calls. DO NOT USE LOWES FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES OR YOU’LL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.

This coupon does not include installation. This is just for the blinds. You'll get 10% off if they're in stock blinds and another 5% off if you get special order blinds.
