The store has no problems accepting payment, but if you were to lose your receipt then you have lost your money. I have been sent to the store to attempt to return. I have communicated with corporate office for over 1 month and there is no way to return the merchandise.

No stores are required to accept any returns. Without a receipt you have now way of proving where you purchased the product, if you paid for it at all.

The reason you don't have a receipt could be that you stole the merchandise. Many stores refuse the return or high theft merchandise without a receipt and will offer only store credit for the lowest sale price on products they will take back.

Grow up and bring your receipt with you when you make a return. Don't blame stores for your inability to keep track of your receipts.
