I ordered 3 flashlights from Lowes.com on 11/24/11. It says they will be processed within 24 hours.

A week later on 12/2/11, I get an e-mail that says there is a backlog and my order will be shipped within two weeks. Fifteen days later I get an e-mail saying that two flashlights have shipped. I tried to call to find out what happened to the third one but they were closed. After waiting on hold for a while, I was able to speak with someone who told me that two flashlights had shipped and should be here by the 23rd, 29 days after I placed the order.

She told me that the third flashlight is still back ordered and they would send it when they could. She didn't give me any idea when that would be.

I told her that the last e-mail should have explained what was going on, rather than leave it up to me to guess and have to call in twice, then sit on hold to find out what she told me. I told her based on this experience, I won't be ordered from Lowes.com again.
