It's been 6 weeks since I placed my order for curtain rods online. We planned our move-in date around the delivery of this order.

It's been three weeks since the estimated date of delivery and I still haven't received the rods. NO communication from lowes (email or calls with status update or tracking info). The only communication I've had with lowes is that which I have initiated and I've spent HOURS on the phone trying to get any information.

It's been absurd. I would be damned if I ever order from lowes online again.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of curtain rod. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
