THE WORST RUN STORE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE OFFICES IN NC SHOULD BE PISSED. THE VINCENNES INDIANA STORE 1610 HAS GONE STRAIGHT TO ***. YOU CAN NOT FIND ANYONE TO HELP YOU. THERE IS NO ONE ON THE FLOOR. NO COVERAGE SCHEDULED . SO MYSELF ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER CUSTOMERS WONDERING & TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT'S WHAT. NO ONE AROUND ANYWHERE. MY WIFE & I WENT TO THE HELP DESK & ASKED. 'OH WELL SALES ARE DOWN SO WE ARE SENDING PEOPLE HOME' WHAT??? CUSTOMERS STILL NEED HELP WHAT IS THIS *** STORE MGR THINKING? I'LL TELL YA WHAT THAT SORRY GREEDY *** IS THINKING. IF I COME UNDER BUDGET I GET A BONUS. SO HE SCREWS HIS STAFF THAT NEED TO WORK & THE MONEY. AND THOROUGHLY SCREWS THE CUSTOMERS, BECAUSE OF HIS NEED TO FILL HIS UNDESERVING POCKETS. I'M MORE THAN PISSED. I USED TO RECEIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW THIS NEW STORE MANAGER HAS TAKEN AWAY THAT SERVICE. ALL MY BUSINESS IS GOING ELSE WHERE. FIRE ALL YOUR SO CALLED UPPER MANAGEMENT IN THIS STORE. THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I HOPE YOU GET SUED.

What happens when your expenses are higher than your income? Kids can't eat right?

No roof under their head right? No clothes for their back?

Like customers love to point out YOU pay the wages. If YOU ain't paying people aren't going to work for free because of the reasons that I just listed.

Lowes - Rude Employees

I was in Lowe's Woodruff Rd today 8/2/16 around 530-6 to pick up replacement parts for a toilet. The sales person was very rude and condescending and acted like I should know what I want before I bothered him. This is not the first rude employee I have had to deal with in there. Maybe they should be reminded that the "do-it yourself people" is what keeps them a job and maybe they would respect their customers a little more! If you are not a professional you rely on a knowledgeable person to help you locate what you need. Lowe's is not the only place to buy home project supplies so maybe we should shop somewhere else if this continues.

Maybe you should stop going to a "self service" home improvement store, which Lowe's is, and start going to a full service plumbing supply if you want full service. I'm sure they get tired of people expecting them to hold their hands.

Ehh Im pretty sure the fact that Lowes has gone full on with installation services destroys your argument. Their justification for their higher prices is the fact that they 'hold customers hands' at the time of purchase all the way through installation.

Lowes in Columbus, Georgia - Worst customer service department clerk

Arrived at Lowe's to find one white lady at counter and black man at the opposite counter waiting for the only sales clerk on duty. As I continued to wait patiently in line an employee walk up and assisted the one customer, the black man, whom walked off following the employee. As the clerk continued to assist the lady in front of me, she walked to the opposite counter and began making phone calls meanwhile another black lady was also waiting in line behind me. For five to ten minutes we continue to wait and the clerk is still waiting on the telephone and then begins to assist the white customers walking up to the counter as we continue to wait in line. We then ask why was she assisting customers on one side who are all Caucasian and ignoring the fact that we African Americans had been in line for the last ten minutes waiting for service. The clerk then became rude and justifying why she is helping them while waiting on the telephone. We immediately asked to speak to the manager who then stated she wasn't present so she could not verify what we were saying was true but If it did happen she apologize as the clerk stood there with a smirk on her face as if the situation was funny.....our response look at the camera. I see nothing funny about your employing agency losing money because of the ignorant behavior of its employees.

So, no complaints against the black man, just the white woman who obviously was a racist and a bad person because she happened to be white. GROW UP AND GET A MORAL COMPASS!

The world is not out to get you because you are black. You are your own worse enemy and the only one in your way is yourself.

Define helping those other people. Was it just answering questions?

Definitely pretty difficult to ASSIST somebody while talking on the phone to ASSIST somebody else. This tells me that those others walked up yelled some *** question and rather than listen to those people sit there and bitchhh that employee answered their question and let them walk away.

Clearly there are just a bunch of jackasspeople in your town and min wage employees just trying to do their job.

One word: perspective.

Details
Bought a 5 year warranty for my front loader washing machine (Samsong ). When it broke down , electrical malfunction ,leaks ,and noisy drum spinning, I called for service. Lowes said that a local repair shop would come and service it on Tuesday morning. No one showed up, so I called the repair shop, they said that I was not on their schedule for service,and could not help me. Called Lowes and after much frustration with the operator , I was given a second repair shop to come from Massachusetts to my home in CT . No matter what I said about the distance from the repair shop to my house the operator was not able to help. Called Lowes again , 3rd time and I was set with a local repair shop for the next Tuesday. Tuesday came ....no one came from the schedule shop, I called the shop and again, I was not on their list for service. It's been 3 weeks that I had to pay to wash my familiy's clothes . My next step is to get help from the state of CT.

They sent a letter to The Estate of Cheryll Leone and cancelled my card. Called them to say, uh, I'm not dead and they apologized and said they would fix it but it may take 3 weeks??? Went to Lowes and checked my card at Cust Serv desk and sure enough, 0 credit balance. Clerk called and the cust serv dept told her I would have to reapply and, oh by the way, you may not get the same credit level because you would be a new customer. So not my fault but I have to be inconvenienced and they can't just reinstate the card? Long time customer gone because of poor service.

The Lowes in Hattiesburg has some of the worst employees i've ever seen in a lowes.. My wife walked around this store for 35 min with no help at all. She could not find an item, and could not even find someone to help her. I probably will never shop here again; and i'll be sure to pass the word..

I bought all new appliances for my kitchen. Three months until delivery. I chose 5% off rather then the interst free for so many months. I got my statement and I owe 5,000 dollars. I called the lowes credit card and told them that I don't think I should be charged until the appliances are delivered. Too bad that's the way we do it. I can get it from Home Depot or Best Buy sooner. Wanted to save the 5% on such a large order. This thing won't let me post until I use one hundred words. So her we go>.... Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

You will pay at the time of order at Home Depot or Best Buy as well. If your appliances are taking 3 months at Lowes I expect you will find the same at the other stores as well.

Why don't you just cancel the Lowe's order, demand a credit and go elsewhere? I agree, charging your card before delivery is wrong and I wouldn't stand for it.

We remodeled our kitchen and purchased all the appliances from Lowes. The refrigerator/freezer we purchased is a Kitchen Aid Architect II 21.9-cu ft bottom-Freezer monochromatic Stainless Steel model. When it was delivered there was no Ice maker installed. We ordered the ice maker Lowes told us to order and had Lowes through one of their service contractors install the ice maker in September of 2015. The ice maker has never worked properly and so I called to have it fixed. Lowes told me that they do not stand behind the ice maker or the installation of the ice maker even though it has been less than a year since purchase and installation.

Lowes in Worcester, Massachusetts - Can't get any call backs

I bought a consultation for a person to come to my home and evaluate what size screen door and type would be best in my home. Have had no call backs to set up. I have called several times and spoke with several people. Mike the manager has been of no help whatsoever. Truly very disappointed in this place. I will not ever use Lowes again. I will call HD and give them my business. This should be a simple task and yet they are giving me the run around. I believe Mike is now just avoiding the calls. He stated he would call back but has made no attempts to fix the situation / problem.
