I shop everyday at Lowes of Monroe, Wa. I deal with the Contractors Desk directly . ***, she has been there for a while now. She is the greatest thing Lowes has ever done by hiring her. *** knows her stuff. SHE IS THE MIST HELPFUL PERSON IN THAT DEPARTMENT. She was with Home Deep Rot for many years running the Contractors Desk and Mill Works. I known her for many many years. She is the best person there and a lot of Contractors feel the same. She is very knowledgeable on products and goes way out of her way to maje sure we the public it taken czre when we need help. It was Lowes best thing in hiring her for the contractors desk. She is the greatest asset to that store. So lowes should mske sure she us taken care of or they could lose a lot of business if she left. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ***.... YOU ARE THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO LOWES IN MONROE, WA.

Lowes - I guess I will have to stay with Home Depot

I am a general contractor with Wenzel's Construction, I have two substantial orders for fence/Deck in Auburn Bay. I deceided to try Lowes with the 10% discount. I went in to Lowes 130th applied, the clerk was entering all my information, the manager came over angry saying I had to fill out the long form. I did so about 15 mins later I was turned down for the card. I was told to contact 1-866-855-4432 reference WAAS50. When I tried this # I was told by a credit manager they would not deal with me that they would only deal with the store. They did say I would receive a letter from them on the reasons I was turned down in 30 days. What a complete waste of time. I have three cards Visa, Home Depot and Amex, never missed a payment and am well below my limits. I when I applied to Home depot, I received a card in 10 mins. Again a waste of time. Lowes - Pella Windows And Doors - Pella windows installed - not keeping asian beetles out!!! Frustrated!

Lowes responded with a contractor and their window department manager for an inspection of all the windows(from the inside). They did not look from the frame of the window outside. Right now they are planning to come back in May once the WI weather has warmed up to caulk the windows in channels that they feel the beetles are entering through. My understanding is that some of these channels are meant to be for drainage? I continue to suck up a swarm of beetles each day as the sun warms the east and southern exterior windows..... Am hopeful this will 'help' the problem but will wait and see.

Lowes - Having an employee walk away to answer the phone

I was at the greensburgh pa store asking about carpeting to buy for my home as I was talking the guy and his phone rang he answered it and walked away I stood there dumb founded he just left after about ten minutes I went to front desk and told them what happen and all they said was what do you want me to do about it the people at this store is very rude I wont go there again you need to teach your employees better manners or find some that do have manners . better yet Ill go to home depot at least they don't leave you in mid sentence.

I've been coming to Lows for years. Every time I go there I see three to four employees standing around shooting the *** when I'm standing right In front of them trying to buy something. Yesterday It was my third trip trying to buy a lawn mower. Finally someone ask me can I get you some one to help you I said please thank you. The next thing I see is he stops and starts talking to another employee!!!I waited 5mins and he was till laughing and talking to his buddy and I left.You are not to big to fail!!! Two years ago me and the wife where buying paint and in the middle of the sell before she started mixing it she walked away and started talking to someone we left. What do I have to do to get services when I want to spend money at your store?????

Poor customer service at Lowes West Edmonton

I ordered some items online for in-store pickup on March 21, 2016. Although the website clearly indicated all items were in stock at the West Edmonton store they were not. Lowe's was unwilling to ship the missing items to the West store even though my order was accepted online. I explained that I am a senior with disabilities and that I ordered online for pickup at the store for convenience sake. But Lowe's declined to assist in any way in honouring the sales agreement. For those contemplating ordering online, expect major problems with inventory control - they say they have it, but don't. Lowe's is very good at making excuse instead of making things right. One star is generous for the level of customer service I received. For honest dealing, try another business. Not Recommended.
