Lowes - Bad Business

Details
Ive had a repair company out 5 times, countless hours of waiting, and Im still stuck with a semi functional washing machine. I never get a call back from a supervisor as they said they would. This is not the way a so called reputable company should respond. I am thoroughly disappointed and have spent thousands here.

Lowes took my $3360.00 for a terrible Sedore stove. This cheap paint peeling, bubbled damaged product, finally arrived after a month. Lowes made me call the shipping company and supplier to fix their issue. I finally had enough and demanded my money back. 4 months later they are giving me problems and are holding my money hostage. Lowes - Poor warenty customer service

Our microwave oven quit working. On the first service date I took vacation time to be home. The first repair source cancelled and didn't inform me. After learning this I called Lowes receiving another repair date. I called this repair source. This source told me I was not on their schedule that day but another day. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
