Sounds like you ordered a clearance priced saw. If they are out and not getting anymore the smart thing to do would be to accept the refund and look elsewhere for a saw.

Better yet, since you only plan on using it once, do the smart thing and rent one. It seems like you like you like to complain for the sake of complaining .

You made a big deal out of a box that was damaged in shipping before you even opened it and found the product inside was in good condition. Look for simpler solutions in life rather than complaining about everything.

I bought a 46X12 piece of carpet, padding, strips and was never told by sales person that there was free installation until I questioned something on the bill at customer service who told me they should owe money back. After sending me to talk to the carpet dept. manager that rudely told me it was my flat because he had only posted one poorly placed sign. Sounds like another whiner that can't take responsibility for their own actions. Why do you expect store to keep track of your receipts?

You should have file your receipt and warranty away. If you had, you could easily provided the proof of purchase they need to process a claim.

Grow up and take some responsibility for your inability to keep your own records. Bet Home Depot will want a copy of your receipt as well if you need to file a claim in the future.

refund for incorrect order again

ordered window blinds twice making 5 trips to troy al location putting finger on exact blinds to order and cut and they messed up the order twice with the wrong product. after traveling over 250 miles to order and pick up $3000 worth of blinds I will not return to Lowes because they hire Burger King rejects that can not get an order correct
