Sounds like you ordered a clearance priced saw. If they are out and not getting anymore the smart thing to do would be to accept the refund and look elsewhere for a saw.

Better yet, since you only plan on using it once, do the smart thing and rent one. It seems like you like you like to complain for the sake of complaining .

You made a big deal out of a box that was damaged in shipping before you even opened it and found the product inside was in good condition. Look for simpler solutions in life rather than complaining about everything.

Contracted Lowes to build an entry ramp with a 14x14 deck to the tune of 17k. The only thing they’ve done efficiently is cash my check 2 months ago.

Contract has start date of 7/29. As of today 8/7 nothing has begun.

Seems to me that that voids the contract and I am entitled to a full refund. What are my chances?

Order placed & paid for on 7/9/2019. 5 Bali Verticals cellular shade for ordered. Due August 6th, Checked on order Aug, 23rd. Lowes services said will get back to me in three business days. Three business days to determine status of order? Monday August 26th Lowes staff (supervisor ) reports to me the order was not placed on 79/2019 with no explanation. Lowes customer service. Asked if I wanted to have the order placed again. You are kidding me. Will go to store and get refund tomorrow. LOWES has no concern for customer. Literally happened to me yesterday. I've made two returns at Lowe's in a span of 5 years. Extremely annoyed that because I was the one who made the return (no receipt) that my husband was unable to use the gift card. I had to be present and show my license. I was 30 mins away from the location. They would not accept my information over the phone even though I'm telling them it's my husband there using it. Ultimately I told my husband to leave everything because I didn't have the time to make a 30 min trip up there.

Lowe's didn't manufacture the product so they are not liable for it in any way. The days when locally owned retailers stood behind the products they sold are LONG gone!

Thanks to people like you trying to save a few cents by shopping at the box stores.

And now, you want them to stand behind the product THEY didn't make? Not going to happen.

Are you living in the past? Home Depot, Target, Walmart and others are all expanding self service registers. Give them a try, it's much quicker than waiting for a cashier.

Ken in Lowe’s Yakima WA, rekeying department today went above and beyond to provide assistance. We had a broken door *** requiring repair within the key locking mechanism. He indicated that he is a part-time employee and that the employee who would normally do the work was gone for the day. Ken reviewed an online instruction prior to fixing the lock. He was patient and had a good sense of humor as he disassembled and reassembled the door *** He is an example of excellence in providing customer services.
