Lowes in Holmdel Township, New Jersey - Purchase warranty in store effective after 1 yr
I purchased my Frigidaire refrigerator June 29 2019 and a service plan. The fridge is freezing my produce and food. I called and was told I have to contact the manufacturer for the first year! And spoiled food does not apply to freezing only if it stops working !!! WTH Also never appeared on my Lowes account as a purchase, and was told by in store team to contact the warranty team. When I did I get a message open mom- Friday. Call again... Call customer service and they said call Frigidaire! What a run around and I have frozen produce !

Lowes - I am a us veteran. I have three ID’s. Why must I be registered. Once again Lowe’s contradicts their verbal policy. Shame on corporate. They happen to be in my home town. Word of mouth is like-
Wildfire in this town. I am at the point where maybe I want do any more business with your company. Your policy is very demeaning and disrespectful. Thank you for nothing.

9-18-2019... the person head of the service desk is the worst an rude i have ever met at lows south high street in columbus ohio between 5pm and 6pm and needs to be fired... i'm black and so is she . ask her how she treated me when i tryed to pick up my 11 boxes of woodhaven ceiling ... she sent to the back pick up 3 times without sending someone to help load!!!!45 min wasted!!!

Lowes - Gift card policy
Literally happened to me yesterday. I've made two returns at Lowe's in a span of 5 years. Extremely annoyed that because I was the one who made the return (no receipt) that my husband was unable to use the gift card. I had to be present and show my license. I was 30 mins away from the location. They would not accept my information over the phone even though I'm telling them it's my husband there using it. Ultimately I told my husband to leave everything because I didn't have the time to make a 30 min trip up there.

Lowes in North Davis, Utah - Waited for over 30 minutes
We asked for a forklift driver to bring plywood from a top shelf. I asked for assistance and waited for 15 minutes. As I began to walk back to ask if anyone was coming I heard them call for a forklift driver. We waited for an additional 10 minutes and still no one in sight. There was a forklift in the isle next to us but no one on their way. Over $300 project and no one gave a *** to come help. We left without purchasing a thing. We’ll head over to Home Depot to hopefully receive better service there. Thanks for wasting our time and absolutely nothing Lowe’s in Clinton!!!!!!

Order placed & paid for on 7/9/2019. 5 Bali Verticals cellular shade for ordered. Due August 6th, Checked on order Aug, 23rd. Lowes services said will get back to me in three business days. Three business days to determine status of order? Monday August 26th Lowes staff (supervisor ) reports to me the order was not placed on 79/2019 with no explanation. Lowes customer service. Asked if I wanted to have the order placed again. You are kidding me. Will go to store and get refund tomorrow. LOWES has no concern for customer. Product or Service Mentioned: Lowes Shade Reason of review: Problem with delivery. Monetary Loss: $129. Preferred solution: expedite install or offer refund : get to purchase another brand.

Lowes in Algona, Iowa - It takes them FOREVER to get anything done!
In two months time, I wasn't able to get absolutely anything accomplished with this company. I think they take on more projects then they are capable of handling and they give you zero insight on how long it's going to take. Secondly they are waaaay understaffed. You wait forever to be helped! I cancelled my order and will never return to this store.

Lowes in Western, Virginia - No 10% discount on refrigerator that was on sale.
Lowes keeps changing the rules on veteran discounts. This was explained to me in store (none too kindly) and also over phone (as nice as possible). So if anyone can buy on sale , why say you are giving veterans a 10% discount.? Just quit saying you are. You are only giving them false hope. If there was another appliance store within a 50 mile radius, I would never shop Lowes again.

Take the time to understand what you are buying. Appliances have a manufacturers warranty.
Many stores and even the manufacturers will offer an extended service plan for sale that will begin when the manufacturers warranty ends and not before. They are correct in telling you to contact the manufacturer as their plan hasn't gone into effect yet.
Do you work for lowes?!?! You seem to be on every comment saying some smart *** response to anything anybody says.
