I placed order on Lowes for Microwave delivery, which was completely messed up. Lowes Delivery company called me that microwave will be delivered on specific 2 hours window on Friday evening, which never happened, just screwed my Friday evening.

No one cared to inform me that delivery is not possible, handyman which was supposed to install the microwave over the range was on hold and eventually i was forced to pay him too.

Saturday after 15 calls to different people they found that they messed up the delivery and will deliver on Monday. Eventually microwave was delivered with 2 hr window on Monday

You always have a potential for delay on a delivery. You are always better off picking up an item small enough to fit in the back seat or trunk of your car.
