Sat I ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Lowe's with a promised delivery date of 11/28. I was told the install team would call today--11/14. When they didn't, I called them and was told they could not call until the dishwasher was delivered--on or after 11/28. Since it will probably take a week to set up, this means no dishwasher until 12/? I was told twice in the process that delivery would be 11/28--so I was lied to twice. Lousy customer service. Don't read the rest, am adding it only because this foolish site requires at least 100 words. words. words. words

Kingwood, TX Lowes. Washing machine scheduled for next day delivery between 5:30. -6:30 pm. I called xpo their delivery service who could not reach the driver. Calked the store and Tim delivery manager said running behind because a refrig they delivered did not work.!!...

Why were you calling at 4:50 when your delivery window was 5:30-6:30?

And two hours later would be 7:30-8:30.

If the washer they delivered to you didn't work would you want them to leave it?

Take it back? Or go back and get you one that did? I imagine that's also what the person getting the fridge wanted too, and a fridge is a much bigger priority than a washing machine.

Please take your business elsewhere. We'd rather not have customers like you.

I purchased a refrigerator (to be referred to as "item" here-forth) from the Bolingbrook store in IL and have encountered so many issues that I am surprised Lowes is still in business! The following are all of the problems I had to endure: 1. I purchased the item on Aug 1st and was told by the sales person that it would be delivered within 7-10 days and I didn't have it in my possession until this morning, Aug 17th, 17 days later. 2. I had been very specific, since I was told by Lowes that my item would be delivered on Aug 16th (day prior to actual delivery), that I would not be available on the morning of the 16th but rather in the evening and they stated that they would communicate that to the delivery company. Despite that fact, the delivery company attempted to deliver in the morning. I had to call Steve the store manager multiple times to sort this out on the 16th however he was unable to persuade the delivery company to deliver on the promised date. I was however, credited $50 and promised the first delivery the next day (Aug 17th) for the inconvenience, which I do appreciate. 3. The following day the item arrived first thing in the morning as promised and the delivery guys were very polite. However once they left I had noticed that one of the fridge doors were installed in a manner where one of the doors was taller than the other. I called the Lowes Store once again and spoke to a store manager, Samanthia, to see if she could have somebody come take a look at fixing the doors. When I asked for the GM's number she told me that I should wait until she tries to solve the issue before escalating,which I was naive enough to accept. I should have known better. Well the manager never called me back and now I found out that the ice maker was leaking. So I called the next day, Aug 18th, and got a hold of another store manager named John. It was very apparent that none of the managers talk to each other, keep logs of daily store event, or do any type of shift hand off. John had to call me back so he can figure out what was going on, since he was so confused and uninformed. He finally called me back and stated that he would have a brand new fridge delivered the next day and take another $50 off. At this point, I had to take Monday off and now I'd have to take Wednesday off and spending all this time off was costing me a lot of money. I was furious at this point and told John that he would have to do better. So he finally agreed to credit another $198 (odd number) and I agreed. At the end of the day l, they are fixing the issue but this is definitely the worst service I have ever received! I have purchased refrigerators before and it was not anywhere near as difficult as my experience with Lowes. I wasted my work Paid Time Off and hours of my life on the phone between Lowes and XPO delivery; hours I can't get back and shouldn't have spent. On top of that I even contacted Corporate and they never bother to contact me back regarding this.... John, the last manager, is the only on who did his job and he's the assistant manager on top of that...this probably means that he should be promoted and replace one of the other managers that attempted to assist me. I am military veteran of eight faithful years of service to my country and do not appreciate being treated this way.

I ordered a fridge ( paid in full) I was told it will take one week to deliver, and someone will call me prior to the delivery to confirm it ,the week passed and no one called ,so i went to the store to check the status i was told it will take few more days,what's a few days exactly means no one knows when it will be delivered,but the other color of the same item is available for immediate del. 1 to 3 days ,i agreed, then the agent asked me to go the front to make the changes.At my surprise they will not do it unless i bring the original receipt ,i showed them my ID my credit card that i used and could not do it even the store mgr refused to do it without the receipt and you could see my name and address on their system, So i went back home got the receipt and back to the store to get my refund back .I end up going to a local smaller store (new england app.) to purchase te same item for a little more but excellent attitude and costumer service.

I purchased a stove at my local Lowe's store. They told me that the stove was out of stock but was expected on the truck that very evening and delivery was set for they following day. At 0615 the following morning I get a call from Lowe's because the stove wasn't delivered as expected the evening prior, so the call was to inform me that I'd receive the stove on the following day. They agreed that the stove would be delivered as early as possible which was my request. I just received the automatic call from Lowe's giving me expected time the stove will be delivered tomorrow between 3:30-5:30pm. I'm very upset about this mainly because I feel customers service is lacking in a Hugh way. A stove is a necessary item!

As early as possible may have well been 3:30-5:30. Their trucks deliver into the evening.

You can't expect them to change all the deliveries they had already scheduled. It's unfortunate your stove wasn't delivered when originally scheduled but if the supplier doesn't get it there when it should have been there isn't much they can do, they don't build them in the back room.
