I purchased a dishwasher and microwave on Saturday morning, the install company didn't call until Tuesday. I missed their call, when I called back numerous times no one answered my call.

I had to call the Lowe's store to get them to call the installers. Again, I missed their call, tried calling back, no answer.

Finally on Thursday, I called the install company at ,8:00 am and got a hold of someone only to be told the item was not in stock and couldn't be delivered for another week. I returned the items, went to Sears and got a better product for $200 more and 2 day delivery.
