Ordered a dishwasher from Lowes in Long Beach, California. I should have known. Only after they received my card information, was when Justin informed me that this was a special order to be delivered from the manufacturer (GE).
This took two weeks for delivery, then another week for an installation appointment.
Eddie, the supposed installer, shows up only to try to hustle me into having another electrical outlet installed. Said he could not install the new dishwasher .
I then decided to return everything for a complete refund.
We get to the store then have to wait for almost an hour because the cashier kept pulling up the wrong invoice numbers. She had no clue as to what she was doing. The manager, Doug, was of very little help.
It was an awful experience from start to finish.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer no service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of lowes dishwasher installation. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
