Bought a Samsung French door refrigerator from Lowes 12/2012. Upper icemaker has needed repair 6 times in less than 3 years.
Repairman says he repairs 15 a week. Warranty people say that it has to have 3 repairs in one year and not repaired twice in 1 month. Manufacturer warranty time period does not count. If you buy an extended warranty on an appliance from Lowes, BUYER BEWARE.
It's not the 3rd time in a year but the 4th and not any 2 less than a month.
If you buy a Samsung refrigerator, well I don't think an extended warranty is going resolve the problems anyway; especially from Lowes.
Reason of review: Not as described.
Monetary Loss: $3400.
Preferred solution: full refund applied towards a refrigerator that is not a Samsung and compared to the refrigerator bought..
I liked: Price.
I didn't like: Misinformation from employees, Did not stand behind product.
