I have ordered a counter top and flooring, the counter top was suppose to be 2 weeks it is passed 3 weeks now,{ to be in on the 26th now} was ordered on the 7th. the flooring was to be here on the 20th but no truck today. so in the meantime I have workers waiting and I am without . We had a terrible experience with the flooring department at the tomball location. After a couple of weeks and 6 revised estimates (all of which increased each time) we have given up on this store installing our floor. All we wanted was 2000 square feet of wood looking tile installed like their instore sample and they couldn't handle it. Never again with lowes. I would recommend staying away from this store .

I was in the Smithfield store 10/15/15 for the third time that day trying to redo my bathroom. I went back in the store around 5 pm and was waiting in the flooring department to get a price quote. I waited for around ten minute while the guy was on the phone. He did not acknowledge me at all. I could tell he was not with a customer on the phone. I went to the front office to speak with the manager they page him and he did not come either. I pass...

If you have plenty of time and I mean are able to push back your moving day by weeks then you may have no problem Lowes. In order to get someone to work on your job you talk to your sales rep at Lowe's who puts in a work order to Keller Flooring Contractors who then contacts someone local to do the job. So...when you have a problem like we did, not enough carpet was delivered. You have to call Lowes who then calls Keller flooring contractors...
