December 23, 2018 Lowes Manager Adam brought a set to my home, he then proceeded to install it incorrectly. Then they sent someone out he installed the dryer, that installation failed fire marshall inspection. I was promised my money back. Six months later I have 52 phone calls and emails from Lowes. They owe me $1,100. $300. Plus rebate cards. They have done nothing except put me off. To sum this up, I have a washer and dryer in my home I never chose, don't want and can't use because the dryer is a fire hazzard. Flirida Attorney will get a file report first thing Monday morning. Lowe's doesn't have employees that do installations. They contract it out to a third party.

That third party is who your complaint is against, which is probably why they aren't dealing with you. If you sue them, you will lose. You need to sue the company that actually did the installation.

It's in your contract. Read it.

I'll never go back. Terrible customer service.

Don't buy a Samsung refrigerator there. I love in the state capital of Montana and no one services Samsung. I made a comment on the Lowe's website about my experience and got 3 calls from my local store.

I was also told when I called that the store backs their products and not they would fix Samsung ice maker or replace the refrigerator. Bunch of liars.

Did ya'll hear about lowes new business model ? well what little customer service they do have is now getting farmed out to a call center so you can't complain to a store manager .

not only that but they are taking all the local contractor jobs floors , heating and air ,door installs and giving the installs to a company out of state !

that will be great service . on top of that all the deliveries will also be farmed out leaving no one accountable for damages to the product or home .
