I have been waiting a year to get a storm door replaced.... after blasting Lowe's on Facebook a representative called me. Immediately he set up a time for an installer to come out. Although the installer canceled twice....he finally arrive Saturday morning three weeks later without my door...... with only instructions to repair my door not....replace my door. It really isn't this installers fault...he was only following information he was given by a very inefficient customer service.

I am so disillusioned with Lowe's...... Everyone is now passing the buck.

Come on Lowes....all I want is what I paid for!!!!
