My husband and I went to lowes to purchase a riding lawn mower. So we decided to open a lowes credit card under my husbands name.

The young lady named Sarah was the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered! We entered all our information in and it came up with a piece of paper for her to call somebody. so she called somebody and she was extremely rude to them. So rude that they hung up on her!

So we had to put our information in again. Once we did that it came up declined. She yelled, yes literally yelled it's declined! Everybody looked at us.

We were so embarrassed. My husband has perfect credit there would be no way he would get denied. It was just her being so rude and not wanting to help. Even after all this my husband says okay well thank you anyways have a good day.

Her reply was ya right. This girl should NOT work for lowes!! We shop at lowes for everything.

This was just the worst experience ever. I hope she gets fired.
