I called to check on my lawn mower, which was sent off to see if needs to be serviced/fixed or replaced. Which has 2 yr warranty on it.

Jill then told me after awhile, that the woman who knows wasn't there, & she won't be able to help til Monday. Then HUNG phone up in my ear, while I was still talking!!! I called backed, told her that was very RUDE & unprofessional!!! Jill laughed in my ear!

When I told her that wasn't funny at all, she then tried to say she thought I hung up. I'm very upset about this! Very Poor Customer Service!

I spend a lot of $$ @ Lowe's to be treated in such a manner!! I can't believe this

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of lawn mower. Lowes needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
