We found a shower advertised on the website. Were required to order through our local Lowe's. Lowe's was advised of the delivery date of 9/27. We were updated with a later date of 9/30, when inquiring with the worker at checkout, while making other purchases.

Today is 30th, I call lowe's to see if it is in, lowe's calls MAAX and they have advised the lowe's representative that the 30th was their "ship from Canada" date.

Time off work has been wasted and the shower will not arrive for an additional 5-7 days. 1 month to receive a shower?

I do not recommend dealing with a company with this degree, of margin in error. The rep asked for expedite on shipping and was given an education in crossing the border with goods. Poor customer service. No apologies and no attempts to rectify.
