Lowes - Sunny, the worst staff member

Yesterday, I attempted o return an auger I had purchased earlier that day and found it to be too large for my bathroom sink. I was yelled at repeatedly that it was against their store policy to return this item but there was no such policy. Corporate had to intervene to allow my return. This is the Georgesville Square store in Columbus, Ohio.

Lowes does not take returns after 90 days and home depot does with no problems- greg henry told me well thats lowes policy and i should shop at home depot - never going back. I spend over 10k-20k per year on materials for renovations - i am now home depot only shopper.

Lowes - No help from manager

While I was shopping in the store someone hit my car in the parking lot. I spoke with a manger and ask if she could pull the video tapes and see who hit my car she stated no I could file a police report but they could not look and see who did it. Thanks for nothing, I now have $934.00 worth of damage to my vehicle, and no idea who did it.
