I would like to make a formal complaint on a manager named Debbie who I spoke to on 7/17/17 around 6:30CT. She was adamant that the earliest a tech could come out and check my service was August 2nd. That in itself a ridiculous time frame. After finally me suggesting they check my equipment from their side, she realized, 'oh sorry, I see the issue, will send a tech out tomorrow between 8:00am and 10:00am'. well that was a lie. No service tech was scheduled, thankfully I assumed she was lying and I called at 9:00CT and spoke with a Maggie who dispatched a tech by 1:00CT. Debbie, the manager, should be written up and reprimanded for 1) not listening and getting all the information from the customer to correctly assist. 2) giving a service date of 8/2/17 on 7/17/17 is ludicrous, especially since she was told this is an uncompleted repair from 7/17/17 and a repair still in progress. finally 3) to lie and say someone was scheduled to come out when in fact they were not. I work, taking off to be home 2 days in a row is not an easy task. Thank goodness for Maggie and my calling to verify, otherwise who knows when I would have been up and running. turns out the tech that did come out on 7/18/17 at 1:00ct only had to 'activate' the box. Very upset at your horrible employee's and that you promote unprofessional liars. Please respond to me so I know this has been accepted as a formal complaint. thank you.

Terrible customer service and ridiculous attitude. The store manager and worker that wasted our time should be fired. I acceptable to have such workers at store. Pico Rivera store location managers name was Jose and workers name was James.

Nothing in your complaint states exactly what was terrible about the customer service.

No-one is a mind reader.

As for the 2 employees being fired, that is up to Lowe's.

Do you want Lowe's to address the problem or do you just want to vent?

Exactly how do you expect any business to address a complaint when you do not state exactly what happened to cause you to complain?

brought a gas dryer with installation on 11/3 it is now 11/19 and have not been contacted by anyone concerning the installation. forced to go back to store where i spoke to the install manager who assured me that someone would be calling because the dryer was in. that was over a week ago. Now ism going back to the store to cancel the whole order for non performance by lows. What a joke of a store never again.

Details
Bought 3K worth of roofing materials. The guy at the contractors counter had never worked a construction job in his life. Most of the material was over shipped or under shipped, he told me that I didn't need starter strip to do a roof. That is not the problem, I just took back material we did not use and was told it had already been returned.Wow, I must have a credit on my account right??? No, my account was never credited and I still have the material. I think you have to have an IQ of 12 or below to be a mgr at Lowes. Back to Menards!!!

I was in the store today and listened as a head cashier verbally assaulted a garden associate who wanted to come in from outside to get warm for she was outside for multiple hours . this is not the first time I have been in this store and seen and heard an associate swear, yell, and degrade another associate. this really bothered me its hard enough to get any service in this store or to get it without attitude but then to see the one employee who was polite and knowledgeable who helped me with my purchases get chewed out I'm front of me and other customers is ridiculous. I feel management or the lowe's human resource team needs to look into the employees and management at this store.

I am thinking this may not be unusual for Lowe's. I work in South Carolina and the summers are miserable. Head cashiers forget , conveniently, that these employees are out in 100 + degrees.

Terrible experience as Lowes long time customer. I will never buy another item from them ever again. We had a repair man come out to repair our 2 1/2 yr old refrigerator 4 times. Each time we called they always was rude and never showed any empathy. I call lowes for the 5th time and they wanted to send another repair person out. If they couldn't repair it the previous 4 times what makes them think it would be fixed the 5th time ? After being spoken to rude and being on hold without anyone coming back to the phone i called back again and was transferred to executive support. After not getting anywhere with the rep. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me "no you will not talk to anyone". He continue to speak down to me. I then asked to speak to a manager and he would not consent. I called the Lowes CEO office and they transferred me to another rep. She would not help and transferred me to the rude rep again after i said i would not work with him but was willing to work with anyone else. Lowes took my money for the protection plan but will not assist me in getting my refrigerator replace. They sold me a lemon and don't care. How many repair visits do it take to understand that it is bad. If this is their excellent customer service what would be worst.

Lowes - Still waiting on a washer/dryer to be delivered - promised noon, it is 7 pm now

This whole thing has been a fiasco. One Lowes store said they had it in stock, then they didn't, so we had to cancel the order because it would be close to a month before delivery. So we moved our order to another Lowes, and checked in store that it was really in stock because the computers are completely wrong about inventory. THEN, this Lowes didn't want to give us the same sale price even though the two stores discussed everything and we were promised the sale price. That finally got sorted out. SO today is delivery day - no call by noon so we called the store. A manager was very curt and said they had no way of knowing when it would arrive but it would be today. We said we were supposed to have it delivered around noon - all the info we were given prior. We were then told the window was noon-4pm. Then it was 5 pm - no call, no delivery. Called the store back and a manager said they'd call the delivery truck and get back to us. Waited an hour - no call. Called the store back and that manager had left for the day without telling anyone else to follow up, so we started the whole process over. Finally a manager got ahold of the truck and we were told we were next on delivery. Asked for a time estimate and we were simply told "no" by the manager and then they hung up. It is now 7 pm. No idea if this is going to show up today. I will not be making purchases at Lowes anymore.

I am a card holder at lowes on 6920 state ave in Wyandotte, kS and I have had some good employees helping me when you finally fine help after walking around looking for somebody. And some are very rude employees. They'll tell you they're about to take there break. And the cashiers can be so rude. The young girl in returns and I had a yelling match at each other. She was still there the last time I was there. Do they know there are people who want a job. If they don't like there job they need to leave. who's over this store. They need a manager who's not going to take employees being rude. Something bad is going to happen at this store if they don't get it under control. I keep watching the news. I don't shop there any more. This store will go out of business, b/c people will stop coming. This is how we as customers in the Dot (Wyandotte) do businesses like these. We stop coming. We will shut them down. Just watch....

similar problem with rust but its on the inside of cover.If i can not remedy problem quickly i wasted my money on this grill. Also had a problem with igniter not functioning after only 3 summers of use.

had to call several companies for replacement part. lowes does support their bbq's with parts!
