What a sorry store. It was full of happy hard working employees a year ago. Well that's all over. This so called store manager Martin Wagner has destroyed the entire staff.
I have heard & witnessed horror stories from longtime & former employees.
With all I've personally witnessed & add on employee abuses, this so called manager continues to VIOLATE FEDERAL LABOR LAW & EXTREME VIOLATION OF EMPLOYEE CIVIL RIGHTS.
Evidently HOME CORPORATE OFFICES are not aware of his extreme abuse of power.
I've watched many friends & friends children's schedules disappear from one day to the next.
Schedules changed in mid shift.
Longtime loyal employees lives being flipped just because he thinks he can.
Guess what I'm going to encourage every single person I know to file a lawsuit or join a class action against this out of control Nazi.
Several that have experienced a medical issue have been treated as if they are at fault, then their schedule is modified to the point of nonexistence or to the point they quit.
Due to this one horrible manager I will propose a full on boycott of this store , there are plenty of other stores to purchase the exact same products at just steps away.
This is a very sad situation that has been allowed to happen.
Shame on you.
Shame on you for allowing this loose canon reek havoc on good people & a loyal community.
3 assist store managers have quit since this man has arrived.
Once a store full of happy loyal employees that loved their job, loved the company.
To despising it.
Something is seriously wrong.
My suggestion is a full investigation.
And speaking with current & past employees without Martin's threatening influence hanging in the air.
