Our 18 month old washer tore up. The tub bearing went out, which should be a fairly common part....no big deal.

We purchased the extended warranty, so we went through the Lowes Extended Warranty Division to get service. The local service place came out, diagnosed the problem and said they would order parts. Two weeks later...and 3 hours late for the appointment, they show up with the wrong part. I spent 53 minutes on the phone with Lowes and still have no answer as to when my washer will be fixed.

We have been down for 3 weeks. I will not buy any appliance from Lowes again and I will tell all my friends to do the same.
