Ordered a built in oven on line. Picked up at store and had it installed by electrician.

$180. Defective so had to return it. Expressed my problem with paying installation cost and oven was no good and that i would have to pay this again for replacement oven. Told by lowes supervisor to contact manufacture company to complain.

Store ordered replacement oven. Called and said it was in.

Went to pick up and it wasnt there. Still waiting.

Why didn't you just use the manufacturer warranty and have a service shop come out and fix it? There would have been no-charge, it would have been done faster and you wouldn't be paying for a second installation.
