We purchased a refrigerator in October and it is falling apart. The handle broke off.

It has holes and cracks inside. The crisper drawer fell off. We paid for this item. We called the store twice.

First we were told they would get back to us. No one called. 2nd time i was put on hold and no one came to the phone. We are filing a complaint with the better business Bureau.

If all these things are happening to it, it sounds more like abuse than defects.

You need to contact the manufacturer of the fridge, not Lowe's if the unit is still in warranty. Look in the manual that came with it for details on how to get warranty work.
