I purchased a Frigidaire mini refrigerator for our guest house. The door is extremely difficult to open and requires two hands.

I called Frigidaire and was told this was a non-serviceable product (in other words when it breaks you throw it away), they were aware of the door issues but could do nothing about it. When I conveyed this in my product review on the Lowe's website, they rejected it without explanation and no means to contact anyone as to why they rejected it.

I'm done with Lowe's. In any event, their presence here in Hawaii on the Big Island is feeble compared to Home Depot.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
